A: Before your first appointment, you will need to complete the required intake paperwork and consent forms. This essential step ensures that your therapy sessions are tailored to your specific needs and concerns. All therapy sessions are conducted virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, guaranteeing the confidentiality and privacy of your personal information. During your sessions, you can expect professional, compassionate support from our licensed therapist, all from the comfort of your own home. A: Yes, Peace and Wellness Therapy has a clear cancellation policy to ensure that all clients receive the best possible care and respect the time of our therapists. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need of our services. For no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours', the cancellation fee of $150 will be applied. We understand that emergencies happen, and we are willing to discuss waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis if there are significant extenuating circumstances.
