A: Becoming a new client at Peace and Wellness Therapy is a straightforward process designed to ensure that you find the best therapeutic support tailored to your needs. To get started, feel free to reach out via email or by phone to schedule a 15 minute complimentary consultation call. During this consultation, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your needs and goals with one of our professional therapists. Based on your initial consultation, we'll discover if Peace and Wellness Therapy is a good fit for you and aligns with your therapy goals and preferences. We believe that the right therapeutic relationship is key to successful treatment. If it is determined that Peace and Wellness Therapy is a good fit, you can schedule an intake session, which is typically 60 minutes. By following these steps, you can seamlessly start your journey toward improved mental health and wellness.
A: As a new client, you’ll complete intake paperwork and consent forms before your first session. This helps us tailor your therapy to your unique needs. All sessions are held virtually on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring your privacy. You’ll receive compassionate, professional care from the comfort of your home.
A: Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for all clients and therapists. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $150 fee. We understand emergencies happen and may waive the fee in exceptional cases. Thank you for your understanding.
