During this consultation, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your needs and goals with one of our professional therapists. Based on your initial consultation, we'll discover if Peace and Wellness Therapy is a good fit for you and aligns with your therapy goals and preferences. We believe that the right therapeutic relationship is key to successful treatment. If it is determined that Peace and Wellness Therapy is a good fit, you can schedule an intake session, which is typically 60 minutes. By following these steps, you can seamlessly start your journey toward improved mental health and wellness.

All therapy sessions are conducted virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, guaranteeing the confidentiality and privacy of your personal information. During your sessions, you can expect professional, compassionate support from our licensed therapist, all from the comfort of your own home. This virtual setup not only provides convenience but also maintains the high standards of care and security that Peace and Wellness Therapy is committed to.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: Yes, Peace and Wellness Therapy has a clear cancellation policy to ensure that all clients receive the best possible care and respect the time of our therapists. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need of our services. For no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours', the cancellation fee of $150 will be applied. We understand that emergencies happen, and we are willing to discuss waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis if there are significant extenuating circumstances. Our aim is to maintain a professional and courteous environment for both our clients and therapists, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
