Hello
It’s so nice to meet you. I’m Rachelle Billiard, and I’m passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them recognize their strengths and develop practical coping skills that support their mental health goals.
I strive to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can openly share what’s bringing you to therapy, begin building trust and rapport, and determine whether I’m the right fit for your needs. Together, we’ll focus on creating meaningful progress at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive clinical experience across a variety of treatment settings. I earned my undergraduate degree from Immaculata University and my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University.
Over the years, I have worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, nursing homes, and emergency departments as a crisis therapist, and I have provided in-home crisis interventions for adults, older adults, adolescents, and children within school settings. I have also had the privilege of working with veterans experiencing PTSD and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, chronic illness, sleep disorders, and other mental health challenges. I value working with individuals from all walks of life and strive to provide compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care. My therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with family and close friends, cooking vegan meals, walking, reading Psalms, meditating, and taking road trips.
I am also committed to lifelong learning and regularly engage in continuing education and professional training to enhance my clinical skills and maintain high ethical standards.
