WHAT IS YOUR NEW CLIENT PROCEDURE?
We ask that you complete the intake paperwork and consent forms prior to your first appointment. All sessions are virtual via a HIPPA compliant platform.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELATION POLICY?
In order to not get charged we ask that you kindly provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?
Individual Session: $150
We are currently in-network with Horizon BCBS, United, Oscar, Oxford, Cigna, and Aetna health insurance and accept
We do provide a sliding scale based on individual and unique circumstances.
